2018 tour, apple carplay, cardo x headset. when either making or receiving phone calls in carplay, i can hear the person on the other end of the line but i am too distorted for them to hear me. this only happens when the bike is running. in acc mode the communication is perfect. this happens in both wired and wireless carplay. does anyone know what's going on?

Here is one possible issue. If you have your headset paired to the Goldwing (Rider HS), your iPhone paired to the Goldwing AND your iPhone paired to your headset, your headset may be getting confused as to which Bluetooth connection to use for the microphone.

Unpair your phone from the Goldwing, and unpair your phone from the headset. Only have your headset paired to the Goldwing (Rider HS). Now, when you talk on a phone call through Carplay, your headset will know to use the Rider HS pairing for mic communications.
