How can I watch maintenance videos on my TV . On utube I am able to sync my phone with my tv.

I got this message from Vimeo support:

Viewers can watch videos on their smartphones using Chrome or Safari browsers. If a user wants to watch your content on a Smart TV, they would need to have an internet browser app enabled on their Smart TV.

If we have internet access on our TV I assume you them use the same URL OTT web address as we use in chrome or safari on our iPad or phone correct?
